elevator access convenient location impersonal app missing toilet paper
the apartment have elevator access. this was super helpful, since i had heavy bags. the location are near tube stations, this made it easy to get around.
the communication were automated through a app. it felt impersonal and a little worrying for me. i had to buy my own toilet paper for three days. this felt cheap considering the price.

convenient location equipped kitchen confusing process no wifi
the apartments location allowed easy access to local attractions. the kitchen came equipped with necessary appliances. the view was good. the apartment also had air conditioning, i liked it.
also, i found that the requests to confirm the number of people staying was unnecessary. they asked several times. there was no wifi in the apartment unit.

clean apartment shard view
The apartment was clean and spacious. It had everything i needed. the view of the shard from the living area and bedroom was fantastic. the staff delivered on that request, which i appreciated.

fantastic view safe area equipped kitchen
the location WAS great. it was close to grocery stores and i felt safe in the area. the kitchen, she was WELL equipped. the view she was FANTASTIC.

Clean Space, Great Location
easy access shard view underground proximity
I liked the apartment's proximity to the Underground station. This made getting around easy. The apartment offered a view of the Shard from the living area. This was nice. The check-in process worked smoothly.
The communication system was not ideal, I think. I received the access code later than expected.

The hotel stood very near an Underground station, and I found this useful. Several cafes and pubs are also within walking distance, which gives options. The Tower Bridge is accessible by foot, as well.
